One of the most coherent brands of today, Flexform continues to refine their elegant design. Founded in the manufacturing district of Brianza in Northern Italy, Flexform displayed sofas and armchairs in the postwar era when it opened its first street front showroom. A lot of its pieces found their way into elegant buildings in Milan, villas overlooking Lake Como, and even the foyer of Teatro alla Scala.

Flexform’s expertise in the production of finely crafted sofas and furnishings, its innate focus on design culture, and its history of outstanding collaborations with the best designers and talents brought the brand its distinction. And it’s bringing this distinction in full scale here in the Philippines.

“Flexroom has a wide range of products and it is now possible to show most of them in the Philippines,” said Flexform owner Giuliano Galimberti. “This is an excellent platform because you can find the majority of our products, including the bestselling items.”

Flexform has always been available in the Philippines through chosen retailers and sellers but now, according to Guiliano, consumers and customers will be able to see a much vivid image of what an entire house or room full of Flexform would look life.

During the press opening of the flagship showroom, Guiliano pointed that “to go model by model is something everyone should do in the next few days.” Instead, he went on and explained why Flexform is worth the customer’s money. “For the ones that aren’t architects, designers, or just consumers, it is made to please all your needs,” he said.

DESIGN, COMFORT, AND LONGEVITY

Flexform intends to meet different tastes and different ideas of how to live one’s home nowadays. The market is constantly evolving and has a very high understanding for utmost quality and timeless design. According to Guiliano, the brand offers, above all, good design.

“When you go home and look at your sofa, you should be satisfied with how it looks,” he said.

Flexform does not follow trends. It does its own way. But beyond the sophisticated aesthetic, Guiliano ensures that all the products deliver 100 percent comfort. “What do you use a sofa for?” He asked. “To sit, to rest, to lie down, to read a book, or to watch a movie—it needs to be comfortable.
