After a whole year of work, deadlines to beat, and unending pressure to deal with, rewarding yourself with a memorable summer experience is a must. And there’s no better way to spend your vacation than at the beach.
Just in time before the summer season ends, a well-known beach is finally back, the one and only Boracay. The island went through a hiatus for six months to be rehabilitated, a leeway to give the island time to heal. This year is the first summer debut of the revitalized Boracay, after reopening officially last year.
The shores of Boracay are now more expansive than ever, with locals commenting about how the beaches have become clearer thanks to strict implementation of the 30-meter no-build-zone rule. This prohibits businesses to build structures by the beachfront. Aside from the no-build zone rule, the removal of all illegal businesses also helped tone down the commercial vibe of Boracay.
Today, the municipality of Malay, Aklan is striving to put balance, not only by ensuring the growth of businesses but also in preserving the beauty of this majestic paradise.
Apart from the islands famous three stations, there is another unofficial station that most people don’t know about: Station zero. Here, you can find a perfect blend of modern and contemporary designs that suit the beach and complement the island.
One of the notable resorts where you can relax is Crimson Resort and Spa. From arrival at the airport, hotel guests are transported to Punta Bunga Cove via Crimson’s private speedboat and arrive at their exclusive beachfront docking area. With 192 rooms ranging from private villas, bedroom suites, to deluxe rooms, you have plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel also offers a wide selection of beverage options. You can satisfy your hunger at Saffron Café, an all-day dining restaurant that serves Asian and European food. But if you are a fan of a fancier and more intimate set-up, you can enjoy dining with a Latino vibe at Mosaic Latin American Grill. Or you can just have chill moments by the beach at the Azure Beach Club and Pool Bar, which serves a tasteful blend of alcoholic drinks.
Crimson Resort and Spa also prides itself with its amenities. Parents can leave their children at the Crimson Kid’s Club so they can relax at the Aum Spa. For those who are figure conscious, worry not. The hotel’s gym has a complete set of modern equipment plus an instructor who can help you.
Then there’s the Coral Ballroom, a venue perfect for large gatherings, such as weddings and company anniversary. If the weather won’t permit a beachfront venue, the ballroom can save the day.
Every Saturday, the hotel’s beachfront-facing infinity pool becomes the venue for a foam pool party. Feel the heat and enjoy festive music courtesy of Crimson’s resident DJs spinning at the Azure Beach Club.
Beyond the great facilities at Crimson, another reason that makes Boracay the perfect destination for your next summer getaway is welcoming hospitality of its people. This sets the mood of the place and makes your dream vacation a reality, a paradise that everyone can enjoy.
There is no denying the beauty of Boracay, which has become even more pristine thanks to the government’s rehabilitation efforts. When the rays of the sun hit its sands, the whole place glows— like diamonds glinting in the sunlight.
Crimson Resort and Spa doesn’t want to waste such a magnificent view. The hotel has a full glass wall facing the sea that will give you the best view on the island—a view that greets you day in and day out.
Aside from appreciating picture-perfect views, you can also try different sports activities that will let you connect with Boracay’s adventurous vibe. You can go kayaking, snorkeling, or island exploring. Somewhere within the island of Boracay, there is another white sand beach called Puka, named for the numerous puka shells you find in its shores.
Compared to Boracay’s fine white sand, here you can see the shells and corals in their original form. At Puka beach, there are no establishments by the beachfront, so tourists find it a perfect spot to go sunbathing. Nearby, small kiosks offer local treats that guests can enjoy. There is also a variety of gift shops that sell beautifully designed bracelets, necklaces, and other accessories made from shells.
As the day ends in Boracay, there is one thing that every tourist should not miss—the beautiful sunset. As the sun drops on the horizon, the sky turns into a majestic blend of pink, orange, and yellow. This completes a delightful experience of summer at a dream paradise that’s Crimson Resort and Spa in Boracay.
