NBC’s World of Dance is a reality competition television series executively produced by Jennifer Lopez. Serving with JLo as the show’s judges are RnB singer Ne-Yo and choreographer Derek Hough.
Since its inception in 2017, World of Dance has seen a great variety of dancers, but in its third season it witnessed something unbelievable—as Ne-Yo would put it—“the most synchronized dancers ever!” And they were Filipino.
VPeepz made history as the first Pinoy team to grace the World of Dance stage, and with their high-octane performance and mad clean moves, they were crowned champions in the Junior Team Division and finished fourth overall.
The “V” in VPeepz stands for Varsity, as members of the team aged 12 to 17, are the varsity division of UPeepz, a successful Filipino dance team headed and coached by Chips Beltran.
