Amorsolo and Zobel works also to be auctioned at the 2020 ACC Art Auction

As if celebrations could not be more sophisticated, the Asian Cultural Council Philippines Foundation (ACCPF) unveiled a few more artworks that they will be going under the hammer for their 2020 Art Auction that already features esteemed artists like Ang Kiukok and Jose Joya.

Now part of the ACC Art Auction list are Fernando Amorsolo’s Fishermen, Fernando Zobel’s Jucar XV, Annie Cabigting’s Mesdames, and an untitled work by Arturo Luz. Fabian dela Rosa’s Dos Hermanas remains the highlight of the 2020 ACC Art Auction. Ang Kiukok’s Still Life (Window Series) and Seated Figure will also be auctioned.

These aforementioned artworks were put on display at the Bloom Cafe+Bar in Greenbelt during an exclusive preview attended by AACPF president Maribel Ongpin and Leon Gallery founder and director Jaime Ponce de Leon. The auction proper will be on Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at the Leon Gallery in Makati.
